Set in an 8" square solid white wood box frame, this Around the World circle is made from ethically handpicked shells, shell fragments, sea glass and pottery found on beaches in Cornwall, Devon, Wales and Majorca.
Som particular favourites in this piece are the pink and white stripy Faroe sunset shell (the only one I’ve ever found!), the chunk of green sea urchin exoskeleton, the different scallops and the vibrant blue Cornish sea glass!
The frame has been hand made in Cornwall and contains Artglass, an incredible, special glass which is coated with an anti-reflective coating that offers supreme clarity, preserving the true colour, texture and beauty of the framed artwork. Artglass offers a neutral reflection colour from all angles.
